Our New House

If having a baby wasn't enough we decided to build our own house. It has been quite the process. Dans says he will never do it again. Luckily we didn't fight hardly at all. I guess most people hate each other by the end. The success to a great build is to go along with whatever the wife wants. What a great husband!!

Hopefully we will get the house unpacked so I can take pictures of the home finally done. I am hoping it wont be too long but you never know.

Start at the beginning....

Kennedy Kathleen

Lets recap from the time Kennedy was born because nothing really matters before then. Except when I married my beautiful husband. (He wont be happy if I leave that out). Kennedy was born on December 18, 2007 on Dans moms birthday. I wasn't kissing butt but I am considered a brown noser. Also, she was named after my mom so I am kissing both sides. I don't think anyone can top my move. Sorry!!!

When Kennedy was 6 weeks we took her to Hawaii. We couldn't miss our annual trip to the Pro Bowl. Dans mom came along to help take care of the baby. Actually we brought her so when she cried on the plane we could look at her and tell her to stop her baby from crying. :) Kennedy was actually an angel on the plane and slept most of the time. People on the plane were surprised and I am sure extremely happy. When we arrived our friend Heidi picked us up and gave us all leis including Kennedy.

Carol, Kennedy and I just hung out on the beach with the retired people that loved to talk and play with Kennedy. I forgot to get pictures of them but they were a riot. They always were upset when we took Kennedy away and couldn't get enough of her when she was there. They even wanted us to leave her with them when we went and got lunch. They were so excited to see what she was wearing everyday because we always had her in swimsuits or sundresses. Hopefully we will see them next year so they can see how much she has changed.

While we were at the beach Dan was hunting down football players and getting his picture taken with them. I am not sure who they are but here you go.

Kennedy did get her picture taken with my teams mascot the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS!!

We had to represent Dans team the DENVER BRONCOS so we put her in this outfit.

I cant wait to go back to Hawaii and hopefully some of our family can come. Here is pictures on our last night there.

I am finally up and running. After telling Andrea that I was mad at her for not helping me with my blog she quickly made this for me and even added a post (below). I forgot I told her I had no time to do this. Well I decided that I did because I really need something to do with ALL of my spare time!!!

Kennedy's Favorite Cousins

These are Kennedy's favorite cousins. She was so happy that they came and stayed with us and were able to play! She was especially happy that she finally got to meet her best aunt ever, Andrea. She wishes that we could move to Texas so that she could play at their house more often!

Baby Kennedy

Kennedy was born on December 18, 2007. She is amazing. It is alot of work being a parent but worth every minute. It was her first christmas and she slept through most of it. We went up to Dans moms house and we had a great time relaxing and eating alot of GREAT food.
