BIG BROTHER HAS COME TO AN END

Well as many of you know I am a HUGE Big Brother fan. Well yesterday was the finally and now I am really depressed. I love that show so much I would have loved to have been on it. I use to be a big brother freak and I would watch the 24/7 live feed of them inside the house. It was fun to spy on them, it is like people watching. I will miss you BB:(

Dreams...

I had a crazy dream last night. I has a dream that a guy that I went to school with Tory Olsen called me out of the blue and wanted to hang out. He said he was in Hawaii in the Air Force and I said we are going to be there so we could can meet up with him then. We met up and just hung out for a little bit and caught up on old times. First of all I was not really friends with him in high school. Second, he committed suicide 11 years ago. It was just a crazy dream. Have you guys every had a dream that just haunted you all day? What does this mean?

Another reason I love China!!!

I received half my package today from China. I ordered some shoes and bags and I can't wait to use them!!! The shoes cost me $20 each and the bags $22 each and that includes shipping. What a GREAT deal.

How do you spend the holidays? Easter we spent with my family and I love to be apart of the Easter egg hunt. I still think I am a little kid. 4th of July at his parents. It is soooooo much fun I can't even tell you. Everyone gets together and have such a good time. We ride horses, BBQ, parade, go to the fair, rodeo (which is my favorite), have a bon fire, fireworks and EAT EAT and did I say EAT. If we are really lucky we will get some of Perrys Ham. It is sooooo good. Thanksgiving and Christmas we rotate. I love being with his family so either way is great.

Aunt Claudia

Claudia came over to the house the other day. We talked stocks. It was a lot of fun to finally have someone that loves it just like I do. She helped me with some decorating tips for my house. She has great taste and is really good at putting rooms together. We went shopping and found somethings but I still have a ton more to buy. We are going to be meeting up soon to get more stuff and I can't wait. I just want my house to be done. I still have unpacking to do.

Kennedy loves her TV

Kennedy is eating cereal and watching her daily Sesame Street. She really likes Elmo since he is in a lot of the books that I read to her. Her favorite TV station of all time is ESPN. She loves it. I think it is all the action that goes on that she likes. She is always laughing and screaming when it is on. She is definitely her fathers child.

Dan, Kennedy & I are Going Swimming

We are signing Kennedy up for Swimming lessons. She has to be 6 months and she is almost there. I can't believe it. :( She is growing up way to quick! We are doing an evening class so Dan can go. She is a daddy's girl and always shrieks when she see him. I am so excited to take her. She absolutely loves the bath. When I run the water she stands by the side of the tub and screams and gets all excited. Once she is in she has a blast. Yesterday she kicked so hard she splashed water all over her face and even drank some I thought she would cry but she just gave me a big smile. She loves to be on her tummy in the tub so I hold her in a superman position and move her all around the tub. SHE LOVES IT!! She loves to chase the PINK rubber ducky!!!

It is a VERY sad day today...

It is a really sad day today because Dave and Brandy have offically moved back to Driggs. I went over to their house to help them move but they had already packed everything and were ready to head out of town. I really wish they were sticking around but I know it is best for them. I was thinking about taking Jaxsen and leaving with him but Cricket informed me that I would be stopped by several people. Now I have to think about a new plan to get Jaxsen!!!! I am excited that they are going to come stay with us in a couple of weeks it will be a lot of fun. Also, Brandy and I talked about getting together every month so the kids can play. They will drive down every other month and we will drive up. I really want Kennedy to be close to her cousins so it will be good bonding time for the two of them. Jaxsen watch out Kennedy is jealous of your hair and she will probably pull it out. I know they are probably only in Ogden right now but WE MISS YOU GUYS!!!!!

Inspiration......

As many of you know I am a finance junky. I love read anything that has to do with investing or just finance in general. I could read books all day about it; you can never know too much. I was even a caller on the Suzy Orman show (she is on CNBC). I love her and she is about saving and investing wisely. I am reading this book currently on the stock market and it has quotes. I loved this quote because it is very empowering.

Why I LOVE CHINA!!!!!!

Why I love china.
There are so many reasons why I love and respect china. Yes I took an ambien but still whatever.
I love the shopping they have great shopping there I want Dan and I to go back to Shenzhen he would have so much fun!!!
And the food. Oh it was sooooooo good. I can’t wait to have more dolphin fin, slimy green stuff and …….. I don’t want anyone to get excited and hungry so I should probably stop there.
On a serious side:
They always put their families’ needs above themselves.
They always send money to their parents to make sure they are comfortable.
Money and things don’t matter just relationships and what they bring into their life.
Health-they love to be healthy and that is why they live so long.
Innocent. Women hold hands with other women all the time and it is not because they are gay it is because they are good friends and that is just what they do. They don’t have polluted minds.
Honest people!!!!
The most Giving people I know (aside from my husband who seems to give everything away because he wants others to be happy. Please stop giving your sports stuff away). They would give you anything you need and don’t expect one thing in return.

Oh Kennedy, Oh Ox & Oh Mercedes

Today has been a really busy day. First I went to my personal trainers and I only lost 2 lbs. because I have had no time to work out. This week is going to be a lot better. She said if I work hard I will have no problem being to 115lbs by the first of June. I can't wait!!!! She is awesome. If anyone is interested in her you can go to her website http://blonderunner.com/ She is in Bountiful and charges $300 for 10 week sessions. I am also going to be taking a water aerobics class from her starting June 12 every Tuesday and Thursday for 2 months. I can't wait. I love being in the pool.

Once I got home from there the dog groomer was at my house. I found a lady that brings a trailer hooked onto her truck and washes the dogs in there. Well ox was being a baby and wouldn't let her do anything. He was growling at her the whole time. Which is not like him he is the most lovable dog and would never bit anyone. Then there is Mercedes. She is always mean and has a huge attitude. She was just perfect. She let her do everything. I don't get it. I told her to shave her and here she is. She looks so funny.

In the meantime we had to resign our closing documents on our house because they had the address wrong on some of the papers. Luckily the lady came to us and we didn't have to go to them.

Kennedy is growing up so fast I can hardly believe it. She always has to do what I am doing. She loves to pound on the computer and drink what I am drinking.

Kennedy's Four Month Dr. Appointment

Kennedy had her four month Dr. appointment today. She is 17 pounds and 26 inches. I think she is going to be tall. She had to get her shots and she screamed like I have never heard before. She is a really happy baby so when she cried like that it broke my heart. She just looked at me and was saying mommy help me. It took her about 15 mins to calm down and then she took a nap and was a happy baby again.

House

Busy season is finally coming to a close. So now I can finally concentrate on getting our house cleaned and decorated. Well here was our first project.

This is in our Den. It looks a lot better in person but this will have to do for now. I did Shenzhen because I LOVE and MISS China. That's for you Stacy. Honolulu because we go there every year and every day I wish I was there. New York because of the Yankees and the stock market. Denver because of the Broncos and luckily it is in our time zone so I know what time it is.

Kennedy is Offcially an Investor!!!

Well this morning I was opened my TD Ameritrade account to see how the stock market was doing. Well Kennedy wanted to get in on the action. She decided to bang on the keyboard and all of a sudden she purchased 8,000 shares of Sprint. Luckily, I hurried and sold them and she made $240. She just paid for her shopping spree we went on on Saturday. Good job Kennedy just don't do it again. Looks like investing is in her blood and she just couldn't contain herself!!!!

Kennedy Finally Sleeping Through the Night

YES!!!!! Kennedy is finally sleeping through the night. It has been two nights in a row now. I couldn't be happier and more rested:) She slept through the night when she was three weeks but once we went to Hawaii her schedule got screwed up and then we moved into our new house. In the new house she has her own room and isn't in the same room with us as she was in our apartment. NEVER under estimate the knowledge of a baby. They are a lot smarter than we give them credit for. I love you Kennedy!!!!

Morning Sickness Hits Again!!!

As most of you know I had really bad morning sickness when I was pregnant. Which is kind of a good thing because who knows how long it would have taken me to find out I was pregnant if I wasn't so sick. Well apparently my brain remembers the time. I put a Gwen Stefani CD in my CD player and the first song I heard was my favorite "Yummy" I haven't heard it since I was pregnant. Well all of a sudden I got really sick. Go figure!!!

I Love My Personal Trainer

Yesterday I went to my PT while Brandy watched Kennedy!! Thanks Brandy. Well I lost 6 lbs. in one week!! I have been working really hard and watching what I eat so I am glad that it has paid off. You will never believe what she told me. I NEED TO EAT MORE!!! That was music to my ears and she even said I could have sugar free pudding. I love pudding. She gave me a great outline of what I should eat. She told me that if you eat more you will loose more because it builds muscle and ...... I didn't understand her language but whatever she tells me I will do since she knows her stuff. I am not big on diets but this isnt a diet this is just a great eating plan. I can't wait to get down to my goal weight.

Kennedy's First Photo Shoot

Kennedy had her first official photo shoot and she really didn't like it. At first she was happy but toward the end it was really hard to get her to smile. Dave and Brandy came over with Jaxsen and had his picture taken as well. I was babysitting Tre and he also got in on the photo shoot. Here are some untouched up pictures.

I AM STARVING!!

Well as you probably know by now I have a personal trainer to shed my unwanted pregnancy weight. I have to exercise 6 days a week and for 45 mins each time. I have to watch what I eat and I have to eat wheat everything. Well I am hungry. I miss mint chocolate chip ice cream, girl scout cookies, white bread, candy and much much more. Please someone tell me that maintaining your weight is a lot easier than loosing!

A Girls Getaway Who's in????

I have been working a lot, moving and taking care of a new baby over the last couple months. I am tired and need a vacation. How does a GIRLS ONLY cruise sound?? It would be fun to plan a girls getaway. I was looking into flights and cruises. We can do a 3 night cruise out of Los Angels to Mexico and Catalina Island for about $199 plus taxes and fees. Then airfare is under $200. It would leave on a Thurs. or Friday. I was thinking toward the end of May or June; I am open for suggestions. So lets get a bunch of girls together so we can lay by the pool and drink Diet Cokes all day long. No screaming kids, demands from your boss, running errands or cleaning your house. My baby is Growing Up!!

About 2 weeks ago Brandy and Dave had a little baby boy. She didn't find out what she was having and I for sure thought it was a girl!!! I was wrong. I am so excited for them they are going to be great parents. I really believe that Dave was meant to be a dad he is so good at it. It was such an exciting moment and I am glad that I was there.

They are currently living in Fruit Heights but they are moving back up to Driggs Idaho in a couple of weeks. I am really sad. I would love for them to stick around but I know they want to be closer to their parents. Kennedy will miss her cousin!!!

My Personal Trainer!!!

Well I finally hired a personal trainer to help me get back in shape and take off the baby weight. I am really excited!!! I meet with her once a week and she assess everything (inches, weight, body fat, flexibility and so on). This week I have to do cardio for 45mins. for 6 days. I also, have to keep track of what I am eating. Next week I think she is adding exercises but we will see. While i was there Kennedy got to stay with her FAVORITE uncle. Uncle Dave. She just adores him and loves to be around him. Dave and Brandy just had a baby boy!!

Big Brother........

For all of you that really know me know that for the past 8 or 9 years I have been obsessed with Big Brother. Well they are coming to the GATEWAY for auditions. If I didn't have Kennedy I am sure I would be the first in line. There is no way that I could leave her for 3 months. No amount of experience or money would be worth loosing 3 months of her life. Hopefully Big Brother will still be around in 12 or more years. I am sure when she is a teenage i will be dying to have 3 months off:)
