Birthday Party

Kennedy went to her cousins Birthday party at classic roller skating. I wasn't able to make it to most of it but it looks like she had a lot of fun.

Kennedys Dance Recital Practice #2

Dance Practice

Kennedy had a dance recital practice for their up coming competition. As you can tell by the video she likes to do her own thing. Her little BFF is in the class with her and they have to separate them because they are always goofing off. You can see the teacher scooping Brielle up and taking her away from Kennedy.

Well my friends and I signed our girls up for dance. We have tried several dance studios and we finally found one that we really like. Kennedy loves it. Well lets say loved it. She is now having a hard time going but I usually say good bye and then my friend Kirstin will say you need to go to class your mom left. Then she will go in. She loves it once she is in there. Brielle (Kirstin's daughter and Kennedy's BFF) and Kennedy also signed up for gymnastics which I think they both love. I am so glad Kennedy has a friend to do all this fun stuff with. So they have a dance performance coming up in a couple of weeks. They started dance late in the season so they have not had much time to practice their dance. So I brought my video camera so I could get it on video so i could practice it with her. You can see Kennedy and Brielle in the far right hand side. Kennedy does some of the dance but then improvs for the rest. Can't wait for the dance performance. Hope I don't cry; my little baby is growing up :)

Bye Bye Baby

Well I finally tackled something I have been dreading. Kennedy's Closet. I have just been piling up all the baby clothes and they were over flowing and spilling out everywhere. So I boxed everything up. 11 boxes worth of stuff(not just small boxes). It was actually sad to see some of the things because she grew so fast she didn't get to wear them that much. however, when I packed them up I just shoved them in boxes so the sizes are all mixed. So I figured Brandy needs to hurry and have a baby girl and she can borrow the clothes and then she can organize them for me :) See I am always thinking.

After cleaning out her closet I realized WOW she needs some clothes. She is in size 5 now and I just cant believe it. She is growing so big too fast. The doctors say she will be tall so hopefully not too tall. Now I need to tackle her room but I really don't want to clean it. She makes suck a mess. I will clean it and she will destroy it seconds. The neighbor girls came over a little while ago and wanted to help clean her room. They cleaned it and she destroyed it right before their eyes. They couldn't believe it. I told them yes she needs someone to follow her around at all times. This is why my house is always destroyed.

Fun at Grandma & Papas

We spent some time up at Grandmas and Papas house. We always have such a great time. This time was no exception. Kennedy is now getting old enough to realize what real fun is. So she got to follow in the tradition of her cousins and go sledding.

The Next Generation???

Since I was in my accident I have had a problem with my back. Papa was nice enough to come down and help. Kennedy and I also went up to Carol and Morgans house so I could get treated. It helped me SOOOO much and feel much better. Well Kennedy thinks she can adjust peoples back. It is is funny because she will twist her hands and have you lift your leg. Too Cute!!!

Still Frustrated!!!

Well I called the Dr. Friday morning to find out what we should do next to get rid of this cough. I called at 8am, 8:30 am and then 11:00am and left messages and they said she will call you around noon. 1pm went 2pm went..... at 7pm they called and of course I missed it but then called back about 30 seconds later and the operator said they had left. So then Saturday morning the Doctors assistant called me with nothing new and then said I will have her call you. Well it is almost noon and no word. So I really like her doctor but come on. We usually have to wait an hour to an hour and half for each appointment. I don't understand why some Doctors just don't respect your time. Long story short. I need to find a different Doctor for Kennedy.

Oh and I am still FRUSTRATED

FRUSTRATED

Well Kennedy has had this cough for about 2 months. The doctor said it was asthma and then she had an ear infection so she has been on antibiotics. The problem is we have been to the Dr. like 3 times and she still has the cough and it is not going away. I am not sure what to do. The cough is really bad sometimes it is hard for her to breathe. Last night she threw up a couple of times while coughing so hard. It is frustrating because I am not sure what is going on. I have not slept well in months and I am at the end of my rope. What do I do?

Where's my sister?

Kennedy just asked me "Wheres my sister? I have no clue where she came up with that. We have never said anything about having another child to her. Someone must be feeding her these lines. MOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!

Wow what a day

Wow it has been a day. First, Kennedy got the purple fingernail polish and got it all over the carpet and ottoman. So I took it away and put it up. I then attempted to find fingernail polish remover in my bathroom. By the time I came back out she had climbed up on the counter and got the polish again. She opened it and dumped more out. As I attempted to wipe her down I called my mom to see if she could bring fingernail polish remover and my NEW carpet cleaner :). Kennedy disappeared and found pink fingernail polish and opened it. AHHH

Well to make a long story short. She has gotten into fingernail polish, blush, got soap in her eyes and ketchup everywhere. I need a break. I really can not take my eyes off of her for 1 minute. I feel like I need to take her into the bathroom with me. Nothing is safe at my house!!!

Blackeye

I failed to mention Kennedy fell out of her bed twice after we made it into a toddler bed. She has a little bit of a black eye. I hope it will get better.

Crib Drama

Before Kennedy was born we bought her a 3 in 1 crib. We didn't put it up until we moved into our house. We obviously put up the crib part only. Well now that Kennedy is growing up(too fast) we decided she need to be put in a toddler bed. She doesn't stay in her crib anyway she can climb out in about one second. So Dan was attempting to do that and we noticed we are missing a part. So we called RC Willey's where we got it to get the missing part. BAD NEWS!! The company is no longer in business. So now her bed is held up with Styrofoam letters so she can still have a bed. Oh well I guess it is an excuse to get a new bedroom set for the next child :)

Crazy Girl

Kennedy thinks a swim diaper is a hat. She loves to put socks on and wash dishes and make a HUGE mess in the kitchen. Did I say HUGE? I mean HUGE HUGE HUGE!!!
