Kennedy use to be so good at sleeping she would sleep through the night and sleep 3-4 hours twice a day. Now I am lucky if she only gets up once in the night and takes at least one nap. I would usually just let her cry and she would go to sleep but now the problem is she is rolling over and scooting everywhere and I get worried that she might hurt herself and I wouldn't know it because I just let her cry. Any suggestions????

Being that I'm not an experienced parent; I asked my friend for suggestions about sleeping habits.
Here suggestions is as follows:
Taking one nap is common. My oldest didn't nap until she was 6 months old and then she would nap once a day for 1 to 2 hrs. My youngest is currently taking 2 to 3 naps a day lasting for maybe 30 minutes.
As for the crying, if she hasn't stopped in 5 minutes, you need to check on her. that's my rule.
There could be a few reasons as to why she has started this...
1) lost pacifier, if she uses one and can't locate it herself. maybe have two in there to prevent this
2) sick
3) hungry, possible if going through a growth spurt
4) its what babies do, that's why the 5 minute rule is in place
Sometimes turning on music helps sooth them back to sleep. Neither of my kids have does this multiple nights in a row. It was just here and there.
Hope this helps.
Thanks!!! Are you excited for Big Brother??
Not really. The last two seasons have really sucked. One reason is that they keep casting the same type of people. But you know that I will tune in anyway. :-)
