Yesterday Kennedy & I went to the Clearfield Swimming Pool (it was the only one we could find open). When we first got there and I saw the pool I thought it looked GREAT and Kennedy would have a lot of fun. Well she did have a lot of fun but her mother almost had a heart attack. The kids part wasn't very shallow and Kennedy thinks she is so big she can go anywhere. So she would walk around and then fall in and go completely underwater so I had to grab her. She would go under the waterfalls that were taking me out and I knew it would just wipe her out but she keep trying to go over to them. This happened often. After about 1/2 hour I knew my heart couldn't handle much more so we left. Kennedy was not happy with me at all. She loved playing but she didn't understand the dangers. She would get out of the pool and i would follow her then she would run to jump back in and it happen to be in the deep end. It was just too much. So if anyone knows a good fun pool where the water is less than a foot deep let me know. I think I can handle that.
It took me about an hour to calm down. It just made me a complete reck. We take swim lessons at Layton Surf and Swim and never have I been so worried. I am soooo Lame!!!
