Tutu

Kennedy's little gym friend Mason has the cutest tutus. I have been trying to find some for Kennedy with no luck. So Alexis (Masons Mom) told me how to make them and they turned out very cute. I signed Kennedy up for dance lessons with Mason. It will be fun to see how she does. They supposedly have a little dance performance at the end of the season. I can't wait!!!

I tried the tutu on Kennedy and she didn't know what to think and first and then she wanted to wear both of them. I made a pink, black and white one and a green, pink and white one. She is in her PJ top so it doesn't really go well with the tutus:) Once I get a better picture I will post it.

If you are wondering what the heck is the background that is Kennedy and Daddy's fort. She loves to play in the fort with her dad. Dan is always wanting to play with her in the fort because it makes her sooooo happy!!

I can do it myself.......

Kennedy loves to feed herself. If you try and feed her she will not eat it and then she throws a little fit. So we have always just let her feed herself. This is what she usually looks like and of course I forgot a bib.

Riding Along in My Automobile

Kennedy got this little car for Christmas. She has always been too big for it. She is just very tall for her age! She loves to play ride around on it.

Kennedy has been not wanting to take naps lately. I will put her down for a nap and she will just play or scream and throw out all of her bedding. This day she wouldn't go to sleep so I got her something to eat. Well she fell asleep.

Daddy's Birthday!!

Dans Birthday was on the 20th. He had to go to school that day so we celebrated it on the 21st. He wanted to go eat at San Fran Sourdough Pizza. My Mom & Blane took us out there. I was really sick with the flu but made it through without throwing up. After we ate we sat in the parking lot and watch someone get arrested for a DUI. We then went over to my Moms for pie but I didn't have any because I wasn't feeling well. Pie is sounding good now.

Love Works in Mysterious Ways....

I love Kennedy more than anything in the world. I love being around her and I am so lucky to be able to be at home with her all day. That being said there are still moments that I really need a break and it occurs around 7pm right before she goes to bed. Part of me can't wait for a little ME time and possible some Lazy time. I usually put her to bed around 730 or 8 depending on how much energy she has at the time. Then I get my little break for about 1/2 hour and then I miss her and wishes she was awake. So I go in and check on her and she is sleeping perfectly. It is such a catch 22 I need a break from her but at the same time I really don't want a break. I love her soooo much!!!!!

Double...Double...

Wow, today was an interesting day. First, Kennedy discovered that she can play in the toilet. She loves to splash around in it. I STOPPED that real quick. Then she pooped in the tub for the first time today and started to cry because she was scared of the poop. It was really funny.

Then today was an all day day of laundry. I am still not done. I am so glad my mom came over to help take care of Kennedy so I can have a break. She comes every week and loves spending time with her. Kennedy really loves to be around her and cried today when she left. It is good to have such a Great Grandma!!!!

Poor Ox just wants to be loved. While I was cooking dinner, talking to my friend Nick on the phone and trying to watch Kennedy she some how got the Comet and poured it on Ox. I am so sorry Ox.

Princess at Rest.........

I always see cute pictures of Jaxsen sleeping and I thought I better get some of Kennedy before she gets too old. So here is my Princess doing what she does best!!! I just want to give her a great big kiss.

Dance.Dance.Dance

Kennedy loves to dance. She likes to dance to pop music or rap. It is really funny. She is now starting to sing along with the songs as well. So I brought up the karaoke machine and bought a microphone to see if she wants to start singing in it.

Telemarketers....

First off I don't hate telemarketers as much as probably some people do. I don't because I was a telemarketer during college and I can understand what it is like. I will usually always do surveys and I am always polite because I understand they are just trying to pay bills. Especially now when people will take whatever just to keep food on the table. They probably don't want to be doing it as much as people don't want them calling. That being said. I have had someone calling the past couple days about 10-15 times a day. Every time I answer they hang up. So I called them back. Well it was a bill collector for a Melinda Pearson. I told them that I had know idea who that was so they took me off their list. Thank goodness. I have never been behind on bills and have never had to have the harassing calls. It would make me CRAZY!!!!

Super Bowl Party

We had a little Super Bowl Party at our house. It was actually just my family that came. We all wanted Arizona to win but that didn't happen.

Center of Attention...

Kennedy is at her gym and everyone is suppose to be around the circle. Kennedy of course has to go in the middle of the circle and dance around. She wants everyone to watch her. She is so so funny.

Elmo Again

On Friday I took Kennedy to her gym and they had Elmo there. I was worried that she was going to cry because of how she acted toward Santa. At first she was a little reluctant but then she couldn't stop being by him. I am sure she is in many peoples pictures.

Kennedy's Baby

Grandma Carol & Papa Morgan got Kennedy her first Cabbage Patch Doll for her birthday. It has brown hair and blue eyes just like her. She was very excited. I of courses wanted to keep it in the box and save it for years and years. I just love Cabbage Patch Dolls. I have mine from when I was young and when she gets a little bit older I will let her play with it.

Papa also got Kennedy her first riding horse. Here is it when it wasn't put together. Pictures with her riding it to come later!
