This should be Outlawed!
Recently, Mayor Bloomberg came up with a new law of posting the calories per food item on every menu. This is a great idea for calorie counters. The problem is that all restaurants have huge portions and it is hard to find anything reasonable to eat. First of all almost every meal is at least 1000 calories that is 2/3 of the calories I am suppose to eat in one day. I can't do that. So of course while I was on vacation I felt guilty for everything I ate. I took this picture at MacDonald's you can see one sandwich is 820 calories and that doesn't include anything else.

Isn't it so frustrating? I know how you feel. It doesn't help that portions are typically so HUGE! I almost never finish a meal from any food establishment!
But I think I probably make up for those saved calories in all the crap I eat at home. :)
