Day Light Savings

OK I need help here. I get so confused with this day light savings time on gaining an hour or losing an hour. Normally I could care less but since Kennedy gets up everyday between 6:30-7am I need to be aware of what I am in for. So if she gets up at 7am normally when the time changes will she be getting up at 6 or 8? Please tell me 8.

It's not until November, but in the fall, you FALL back, so we gain an hour. For most of us this means an extra hour of sleep. For those of you with babies who get up at the same time no matter what, it means you'll be getting up an hour earlier until she gets used to it...good luck!
